Welcome to Meridian. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meridian Travel mobile applications (iOS and Android) and related services. By downloading or using Meridian, you agree to these Terms.

1. Meridian Prime Subscriptions & Purchases

Meridian offers premium features through "Meridian Prime," available as auto-renewing subscriptions or lifetime unlocks via Apple App Store and Google Play Store In-App Purchases.

• Non-Refundable: All purchases of Meridian Prime are strictly non-refundable. Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not entitle you to a refund for any active subscription or lifetime purchase.
• Cancellation: You must manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your Apple ID or Google Play Account settings. Deleting your Meridian account does not cancel your recurring billing with Apple or Google.

2. Modification of Service

We are constantly evolving to provide the best travel OS. Meridian reserves the right to modify, add, suspend, or remove any features, functionalities, or services within the app at any time, with or without prior notice, including features available under Meridian Prime.

3. Acceptable Use & Termination

Meridian is designed for personal, individual travel management. We reserve the right to immediately suspend, ban, or terminate your account without a refund if we determine you have violated these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using Meridian for commercial purposes (e.g., travel agencies managing client bookings).
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or exploiting our APIs and flight/hotel databases.
• Uploading unlawful, abusive, or infringing content into group itineraries.

4. No Liability for Travel Disruptions

Meridian pulls data from global aviation and hospitality APIs. While we strive for accuracy, Meridian is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of flight statuses, gate changes, hotel bookings, or financial calculations. Meridian is not liable for missed flights, financial losses, disputes over shared group expenses, or travel disruptions resulting from the use of our service. Always verify critical travel information directly with your airline or hotel.

5. The Secure Vault

Data stored in the Meridian Secure Vault is encrypted locally on your device. We cannot recover lost passwords or biometric access. You are solely responsible for maintaining access to your device and backing up critical travel documents independently.
